BIO
After earning a BFA in graphic design from UQAM, Luc Melanson dedicated himself exclusively to illustrating. He developed over the years a style based on solid concepts, wit and a particular fondness for geometry that have won over book publishers, magazine editors and corporations alike. He has received numerous awards and accolades for his work. He also plays the drums in a retro/rockabilly band and a jazz combo performing in bars and restaurants in and around Montreal.

Après des études en design graphique à l'UQAM, Luc Melanson se consacre exclusivement à l’illustration. Il a développé au fil des ans un style basé sur des idées fortes ainsi que sur l’humour avec avec un attrait particulier pour la géométrie qui a séduit une clientèle très diversifiée ici et à l’étranger. Son travail a été récompensé par plusieurs distinctions et prix internationaux. Il joue aussi de la batterie dans un groupe rétro/rockabilly et une formation jazz qui se produisent dans les bars et restaurants de Montréal et des environs.
